Shibuki and his partner Windy are also traveling with no purpose. At a place, Windy meets a wild ZINBA who is actually his brother; Stormy. He dislikes to link with human beings, and despises every linked ZINBA including Windy.
Still they cannot understand each other, Windy and Stormy cooperate and rescue a troubled wild ZINBA. Stormy never thank to Windy, but only advices “watch out for Tabo”.
